REQUIREMENTS

CPA required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Sage Intacct experience is a huge plus! 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Proven experience with systems implementation, process improvement, and/or automation tools Comfortable in high-growth, fast-paced environments (PE-backed experience a plus) Strong communication and leadership skills, with a bias for action

JOB DESCRIPTION

Own all aspects of day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end close, AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger oversight Prepare and analyze timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP Implement and refine processes, systems, and internal controls to support scalability Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Lead or support ERP/technology upgrades and automation initiatives Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements Build and manage a high-performing accounting team as the company grows Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership and private equity stakeholders TEWS has opportunities with leading companies for professionals at all career stages, whether you’re a seasoned consultant, recent graduate, or transitioning into a new phase of your career, we are here to help.
