Part-Time Summary:

A growing aviation organization is seeking an experienced Part-Time Corporate Controller to manage and oversee accounting operations across multiple entities. This position requires strong familiarity with FAA Repair Station environments and hands-on experience with Quantum Control ERP software. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, strategic, and capable of leading financial functions in a dynamic and regulated industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the aviation or aerospace industry Proficiency in Quantum Control ERP is required Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards Experience working with FAA Repair Station accounting processes Excellent analytical and communication skills Ability to work independently in a flexible, part-time setting

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle accounting functions, including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts Ensure compliance with FAA Repair Station financial guidelines and industry regulations Maintain and improve accounting processes and internal controls Oversee cash flow management, reconciliations, and financial audits Utilize Quantum Control ERP software for accounting entries, reporting, and integration Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy and decision-making Support tax preparation, filings, and other compliance requirements
