We’re partnering with a private club in the Fort Myers area seeking a Director of Finance who can run a clean set of books and lead with vision. You’ll oversee all financial operations•from budgeting and forecasting to guiding capital projects and reporting directly to the GM/COO and Finance Committee. You’ll lead a talented accounting team, work cross-functionally with department heads, and help drive member confidence through financial clarity. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all accounting operations: GL, AP/AR, payroll, financial reporting Develop and present budgets, forecasts, and performance dashboards Serve as a financial advisor to the GM/COO, department heads, and Board Oversee internal controls, audits, and compliance Mentor and lead a lean team of accounting and purchasing staff Liaise with the Finance Committee and support long-range capital planning What You Bring to the
