We are seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to join our team in a full-time, in-office, permanent position based in Bonita Springs, FL. This is a highly complex accounting role , overseeing multiple entities spanning commercial and residential construction, property management of commercial business parks, and additional ventures. The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing financial operations for a diverse portfolio.
Core Responsibilities:
Handling AIA contracts, change orders, payment applications/draws Managing cost-plus jobs, time and material billing Creating and sending invoices using Sage 100 Contractor Conducting financial reporting, month-end and year-end close processes Job costing, bank reconciliation across multiple accounts, and lien releases Insurance and financial audits Ensuring financial accuracy and compliance across all business entities
