We are seeking a dynamic andexperienced Director of Finance to join our team. This is afantastic opportunity to lead a strong team and oversee ourcompany’s financial operations. The successful candidate will beresponsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

As the Director of Finance, your primaryresponsibilities will include: 1. Overseeing the operations of theaccounting department, including the design of a structure thatwill achieve the department’s goals and objectives. 2. Preparingfinancial statements, business activity reports, annual budgets,etc. 3. Reviewing financial reports and finding ways to reducecosts. 4. Managing the preparation of the company’s budget andfinancial forecasts. 5. Directing the company’s financial strategicplanning. 6. Overseeing the investment of funds and managingassociated risks. 7. Ensuring the company complies with all legaland regulatory requirements regarding finances. 8. Keeping up withfinancial policy, regulation, and legislation.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. AMaster’s degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificationis preferred. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financerole with managerial responsibilities. 3. Proven experience withfinancial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. 4. Expertise infinancial statements and financial analysis. 5. Strong knowledge ofdata analysis and forecasting methods. 6. Proficient in the use ofMS Office and financial management software. 7. Exceptionalleadership and management skills with a demonstrable history ofleading a finance team. 8. Strong ethical standards and high levelsof integrity. 9. Strong communication and presentation skills. 10.Ability to strategize and solve problems. 11. Strong knowledge andunderstanding of economic and banking processes.
