Controller Duties:

• Consistently analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Month end close process, prepare, and analyze financial statements including profit and loss statements, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Cost accounting and inventory responsibilities.
• Assist with the management of the month/quarter/year end close process.
• Develop and improve efficient & scalable processes using best practices that tie into the overall company operational structure.
• Prepare audit and support.
• Preparation of monthly reports and analysis.
• Ensure accuracy of data across multiple financial and operational systems.
• Manages and oversees the quality and accuracy of functional transactional accounting processes and procedures, invoices, purchase order, account payable, and related activities.
• Identified areas for cost saving and process improvement.

Perform bookkeeping tasks, such as payroll, general ledger, and financial statements.

Experience:

Detail oriented and controls focus.

• Proven experience as a Controller or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Proficient in financial management software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
