JOB DESCRIPTION

Compensation includes a quarterly bonus plan and Christmas/end of year bonus What the Controller will do? Assist with multiple accounts payables transactions and reporting
Maintain all official accounting records in conformance with generally accepted government accounting principles.
Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements and prepare for audits.
Reconcile general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, pre-paid, and non-trade accounts.
Perform inventory reconciliations and physical counts at period-end closings.
Reconcile bank accounts for all companies’ and maintain the company’s payroll operations to ensure the efficient handling of employees’ pay, deductions and benefit payments.
Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization’s fiscal function and performance. What background we need for the Controller position: Bachelors and Masters degree
7-10 years of controller experience
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus but not required.
CPA is a plus
