Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage all accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors. Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior leadership. Implement and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and systems.
