This is a 100% onsite Contract position requiring strong leadership and financial expertise in the hospitality industry. You will collaborate closely with the corporate team and manage a dedicated accounting staff to ensure efficient financial processes.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial functions for three hotel properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Manage a team consisting of a Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accounts Payable Clerk, and Accounting Clerk. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls across all properties. Handle financial operations related to food and beverage, banquets, and other hotel revenue streams. Utilize the M3 accounting software to maintain accurate financial records and reporting. Work closely with the Corporate Controller to align financial strategies with organizational goals. Supervise accounts payable processes and ensure timely vendor payments. Conduct audits and reviews to identify areas for financial improvement. Support the preparation of annual budgets and oversee monthly financial reconciliations. Foster a meticulous and collaborative work environment with business casual attire. Proven experience in a senior financial role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Proficiency in using M3 accounting software or similar financial systems. Strong understanding of food and beverage operations and hotel financial processes. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage accounting teams effectively. Expertise in budgeting, auditing, and compliance with financial regulations. Familiarity with tools like ADP, Concur, and CRM systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work onsite in Miami, Florida, with no hybrid or remote options.
