Job Description
The Director of Finance- Risk Management will lead the enterprise-wide risk and insurance programs for a multi-state organization. This role will design and manage insurance and risk financing programs and would work closely with executive leadership on cash flow forecasting and strategic initiatives.
This role will:
Lead the design and implementation of insurance programs and performed analysis. Oversee claims and litigation management Evaluate operational risk and develop mitigation plans Be a liaison with vendors and third parties Lead regulatory compliance for insurance programs Manage a team of 4-5 indivuals Develop dashboards and reports to track metrics Prepare and present finding and reports to executive leadership Requirements Degree in Finance/Accounting/Risk Management or similar Experience with risk management/ insurance exposure Strong Excel or system skills 10+ years related experience
