We sell in-demand products across various online marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, and others. Our team moves fast, thinks big, and is building for scale. Finance is one of our most critical areas of investment right now. We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Head of Finance who can clean up the foundation, own the numbers, and help take our business to the next level. The Mission Build and lead a high-performing finance function that delivers accurate, timely, and actionable financials

• enabling better decisions, improved cash management, and scalable growth. What You’ll OwnPhase 1: First 3-6 Months Build a repeatable month-end close process (accurate, timely, under 10 days) Overhaul inventory and COGS accounting to deliver reliable gross margins Implement better AP/AR workflows
• centralized, streamlined, and error-resistant Deliver monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, cash summary) Launch 3-5 core business KPIs and a reporting rhythm with leadership Document financial processes and eliminate key-person risk Phase 2: After 6 Months Build a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast Lead finance system upgrades (tools, automation, integration) Begin building out the finance org structure (hire or outsource support) Support strategic planning, inventory forecasting, and profitability initiatives What We’re Looking For Experience & Technical Skills 5-10 years in finance/accounting roles; prior E-commerce or CPG experience required Deep understanding of inventory, COGS, and gross margin accounting Proven track record of cleaning up and rebuilding finance functions Comfortable with QuickBooks, Excel/Google Sheets, and tools like SellerCloud Strong reporting experience•can produce and explain P&L, Balance Sheet, KPIs Mindset & Traits Proactive, independent, and results-driven Process builder who thrives in organized systems•but also flexible and hands-on Communicates clearly and consistently with leadership Can roll up sleeves and work solo, but also build and lead a team over time Strategic thinker who understands how finance impacts the whole business What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based bonus Opportunity to help scale a profitable business with a strong product-market fit High autonomy and decision-making influence A supportive, fast-moving team with a founder-led culture How to Apply Email your resume and a short note about why you’d be a great fit.
