Duties Manage the overall financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards. Oversee accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation. Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Maintain accurate records through double entry bookkeeping practices. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review. Collaborate with other departments to develop budgets and forecasts that align with company objectives. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets. Utilize accounting software such as Sage to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA designation preferred. Proven experience in corporate accounting with a strong understanding of GAAP. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting; ability to interpret complex financial data. Strong skills in account reconciliation and management of accounts receivable processes. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all financial transactions. Demonstrated financial acumen with the ability to provide strategic insights based on data analysis. Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
