The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing insights into financial performance. This role requires a strong understanding of financial concepts, technical accounting skills, Fund Accounting knowledge, Tax, and the ability to analyze cash flow effectively. Duties Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards. Fund Accounting & performance reporting (NAV Estimates) Lead fund audits for multiple private credit/equity funds Conduct bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records. Perform cash flow analysis to support strategic decision-making. Manage the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Oversee the implementation of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) compliance requirements. Assist in technical accounting matters and provide guidance on complex transactions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data is captured and reported. Mentor junior accounting staff and provide training on financial concepts and software applications such as Quicken. Client payment and Compliance Tracking Fund Model development/updates Ad-hoc project management for accounting and loan management systems Skills Fund Accounting CPA required Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
