Full-Time | Permanent | Discreet Search A confidential Construction entity is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead all aspects of financial operations within a complex, multi-entity environment. This is a high-trust leadership role requiring technical excellence, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently at the executive level.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full-cycle accounting and produce consolidated financial statements Lead monthly and quarterly close, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis Develop internal controls, financial systems, and compliance protocols Track project-level costs, capital expenditures, and investment performance Liaise with external advisors on audits, tax, and financial strategy Prepare reports and insights for leadership, offering clarity and control Build scalable systems to support operational growth and complexity
Ideal Candidate Profile:
7-10 years’ experience in financial leadership roles, with multi-entity exposure CPA or CMA preferred Deep knowledge of accounting principles, reporting structures, and cash flow management Advanced Excel and strong familiarity with financial software and ERP tools Highly discreet, organized, and self-directed Able to interpret data, advise leadership, and ensure financial accuracy at all levels
