Salary:

Job Details Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring timely andaccurate month-end close Manage AP/AR, general ledger, journalentries, and bank reconciliations Prepare financial reports andinternal dashboards for executive leadership Assist with budgeting,forecasting, and variance analysis Partner with operations andsales teams to track inventory and COGS Support year-end audit andtax preparation with external partners Identify and implementprocess improvements for greater efficiency and controls Supportthe Controller with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relatedfield; minimum 5 years of relevant experience Background in bothpublic accounting and industry (consumer goods preferred) Strongknowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards Proficiency inQuickBooks and Excel; Netsuite or similar ERP is a plus Hands-on,detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup-likeenvironment Experience with inventory accounting and CPG operationsis highly preferred CPA certification is a strong plus, but notrequired Ability to communicate effectively across departments andwith leadership Interested in hearing more?
