Duties include:
Manage the financials for 20+ locations Budgeting and Financial Statement Preparation Financial Reporting Oversee the accouting team Partner and communicate with vendors and clients
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of senior accounting experience Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (highly preferred) Experience in the property management or real estate industry Experience preparing financial statements This is an in office position.
