- Oversee the day-to-day operations of accounts payable, accountsreceivable, payroll, and general accounting. Financial Reporting
- Finalize month-end close, financial statements, and managementreporting in compliance with GAAP and company policy. InternalControls
- Design and monitor internal controls to safeguard assetsand ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards. TeamSupervision
- Manage and develop accounting staff, includingsupervisors and staff accountants; conduct performance reviews,coach for growth, and resolve personnel matters. Audit & TaxManagement
- Lead the annual financial audit, inventoryobservations, and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
Risk & Cash Management
- Create and manage bank transfers/wires andoversee treasury responsibilities across accounts. ProcessOptimization
- Identify opportunities to streamline accountingworkflows and introduce new tools for efficiency. Compliance &Policy
- Develop, communicate, and train the team on accountingpolicies and ensure consistent application. Strategic Support
- Investigate unusual transactions and present findings tostakeholders for action.
What We’re Looking For A bachelor’s degreein Accounting or Finance, CPA required. 8 years of progressiveaccounting experience, including team leadership. Deep knowledge ofGAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
Experience managing audits, preparing for tax filings, andoverseeing treasury operations. A strong leader who valuesmentorship, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
