Professional Development Requirements:

Ÿ Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-location business. Ÿ Strong cash management and general accounting skills Ÿ Experience with managing cash, preparing timely financial statements, and overseeing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and human resources. Ÿ Willingness and ability to partner with Operations to drive cost savings and establish internal controls. Ÿ Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with ERP systems. Experience with Power BI and Fabric preferred. Ÿ Ambitious about exploring how to deploy Al to improve the business. Ÿ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ÿ Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ÿ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

$90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
