Professional (P3): Salary Range $57,000-$115,000 (Please note, hiring range will be between $77,400-86,000, dependent on many factors including but not limited to experience & education). Now, we’re looking for a mission-minded, savvy Director of Finance to help guide our financial operations and strategy—ensuring every dollar aligns with our vision of boundless opportunity for Central Florida youth. Your Impact As Director of Finance, you will serve as the financial steward and strategic advisor to our CEO and senior leadership team. You’ll oversee all accounting functions, provide critical reporting and analysis, and ensure that internal systems support operational excellence and growth. This role is perfect for a collaborative leader with a passion for systems, accountability, and using numbers to tell stories that inspire strategic action. What You’ll Do Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow planning Deliver timely and accurate financial reports for internal and external use Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements (local, state, federal) Supervise audits and proactively refine internal controls Manage A/P, A/R, payroll, and general ledger systems Oversee vendor relationships and treasury functions Guide cross-functional planning and serve as a thought partner in strategic decision-making Spearhead change management and process improvement initiatives within the finance department Of course, other duties as assigned What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years in nonprofit finance or mission-driven organizations Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Experience navigating organizational change with clarity and confidence Highest integrity, discretion, and commitment to our mission Why JACF?
