Job Title:

Director of Finance Job Summary:

We are seeking a Director of Finance with 5+ years of experience for a small, non-profit organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on full cycle accounting and Sage experience. This role requires an Accounting or Finance degree.

• This role requires working fully in-office in Orlando

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance and accounting functions for both the church and its foundation.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with established accounting policies and procedures.
• Supervise a team of two finance staff, providing direction, support, and performance oversight.
• Oversee treasury and cash management activities, including monitoring cash flow and advising leadership on financial positioning.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports for church leadership, congregation members, and external stakeholders such as lenders.
• Lead the development and execution of the annual budgeting process.
• Coordinate and manage the annual external audit process.

Key Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in full cycle accounting. Intermediate Excel skills. Accounting or Finance degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

CPA certification.

Compensation:
