education: Bachelors Responsibilities As the Assistant Controller/Manager, you will oversee all financial operations ensuring compliance with tax regulations and providing leadership to the accounting staff. This role includes preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, overseeing audits, implementing policy changes and maintaining the accuracy of all financial processes. You will also record all asset purchases, including related loans and depreciation, prepare monthly reviews and reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts, ensure timely completion of receivables and collections, prepare monthly maintenance contract billing and collect outstanding receivables. You will supervise and mentor accounting staff, help develop the company’s financial strategy and assist other departments in improving profitability. This position requires excellent leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Basic Requirements:

? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
? CPA or CMA certification preferred.
? Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
? Knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting. Skills
