Boston’s on the Beach/50 Ocean/Sandbar in beautiful Delray Beach, Florida and Delray Sands Resort in Highland Beach Florida are seeking an experienced hospitality Accounting/Payroll Manager to oversee the accounting and payroll functions for a restaurant group consisting of 3 outlets and a 115 room resort. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, two plus years of hands-on experience in a hospitality accounting environment and a strong background in computerized hotel systems, to include front of the house in addition to back office systems. Duties to include, but not limited to:

• Prepare Daily Sales report, ensure it is balanced and posted to the General Ledger
• Prepare cash deposits
• Research and respond to credit card disputes and chargebacks
• Enter invoices in Accounts Payable
• Request weekly funding for accounts payable
• Prepare weekly check batch and print checks
• Respond to billing issues with guests
• Prepare tip import from POS for bi-weekly payroll.
• Review bi-weekly payroll reports and submit for processing
• Oversee the onboarding process Job Requirements Preferred credentials and skills include:
• Minimum two years accounting experience in a leadership role. Hotel experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and income audit required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• IT Support skills
• Microsoft Office with a strong proficiency in Excel
• HMS Property Management System experience preferred
• Digital Dining Point of Sale System
