Salary:

Job DetailsResponsibilities:

1. Oversee all company accounting practices,including preparing financial statements, forecasting, andbudgeting. 2. Develop and implement financial strategies to supportcompany objectives. 3. Coordinate and prepare internal and externalfinancial reports, ensuring compliance with local, state, andfederal government reporting requirements and tax filings. 4.Evaluate and manage risk, perform financial analysis, and providestrategic financial planning. 5. Collaborate with senior managementto develop financial plans and ensure company-wide budgetarycontrol. 6. Supervise and manage financial department staff,including accountants and financial assistants. 7. Develop andimplement systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, andreporting financial information. 8. Stay up-to-date withtechnological advances and accounting software to be used forfinancial purposes. 9. Establish and maintain financial policiesand procedures for the company. 10. Understand and adhere tofinancial regulations and legislation.

Qualifications:

1. Abachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a relatedfield. A Master’s degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)certification would be a plus. 2. A minimum of 5 years ofexperience in a financial management role in the construction orsimilar industry 3. Proven experience in financial projectmanagement, budgeting, and financial reporting. 4. Strong knowledgeof financial regulations and accounting processes. 5. Proficient inaccounting software 6. Exceptional communication and leadershipskills. 7. Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills. 8.Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively,and delegate 9. High attention to detail and accuracy 10. Abilityto work in a fast-paced environment and manage well throughambiguity and complexity 11.
