Job Description
HHM Talent is assisting a client search for a Dealership Controller for their auto group based in North Palm Beach, FL. This position is full time and on site. Relocation assistance is provided.
Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and dealership group standards Monitor and reconcile all schedules and ensure accurate reporting of dealership financials Ensure timely submission of manufacturer financial statements and compliance with factory requirements Coordinate year-end audits and support tax preparation activities Monitor cash flow, banking activities, and floor plan management Stay current with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation Ensure timely and accurate filing of all state and local tax returns, including sales and use tax Support and uphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
