This is a unique opportunity to help shape financialprocesses and reporting in a company that is transforming howMedicaid works for people across the country. Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Leadership Oversee day-to-day accounting operationsincluding GL, AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting. Ensurecompliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. Manage monthly,quarterly, and year-end close processes. Develop and maintaininternal controls and accounting policies. NetSuite ImplementationLead and support the continued implementation and optimization ofNetSuite across finance functions. Partner with IT and externalconsultants to tailor the system to our healthcare insurancebusiness needs. Train team members and ensure adoption of NetSuitebest practices. Identify opportunities for process automation andefficiency within NetSuite. Strategic Finance Support Work closelywith the CFO on financial planning, budgeting, and auditpreparation. Provide accurate and timely financial insights tosupport decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally withoperations, compliance, and care management teams. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPAstrongly preferred. 7 years of progressive accounting experience,including leadership roles. Prior experience in a healthcareinsurance or Medicaid-focused organization is a strong plus.

Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, ideally including systemimplementation. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
