Job Details WhatYou’ll Do:

Lead the finance and accounting team, ensuring effectiveoperations Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives,projects, and ad hoc needs Direct the preparation and monthlyreview of financial statements to support operationaldecision-making Oversee the annual budget process, includingestablishing timelines and partnering with management to developoperational budgets by location Assist with audit preparations andrespond to related inquiries Maintain and enhance financial modelsfor budget variance analysis and reporting Develop and mentor teammembers, identifying skill gaps and coordinating necessary trainingEstablish and manage a reliable cash flow projection and reportingsystem Ensure that financial strategies support overall businessgoals

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience as a VP of Accounting &Finance or similar executive finance role Strong knowledge of GAAP,financial benchmarking, audit and tax compliance, and regulatoryrequirements Expertise in fiscal management, resource planning, andperformance evaluation Ability to partner with executive leadershipto set and achieve financial goals Understanding of federal andmulti-state tax laws and core accounting principles Bachelor’sdegree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferredInterested in hearing more?
