Controller:

Manage the accounting department and ensure accurate and timelyfinancial reporting. Develop and maintain internal controls tosafeguard company assets and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements andreports for management and stakeholders. Coordinate the budgetingand forecasting process, providing analysis and insights to supportstrategic decision-making. Oversee cash flow management, includingmonitoring cash balances and forecasting cash needs. Collaboratewith external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits andensure compliance with tax regulations.
