Financial Controller Insite Building Services, LLC 600 Bypass Drive, Clearwater, FL 33764 Company Summary Insite Building Services, LLC, is a customer-centric organization that focuses on patient safety as it renovates and improves healthcare and commercial real estate, while leading the industry in providing ICRA containment solutions. The Controller would be working for both Insite (Insiteserv.com) and INCUE (incue.app). Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting in two of our construction related entities. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the company’s finances, including budgeting, regulatory compliance, and financial analysis. This role plays a critical part in strategic planning and decision-making processes, offering financial insights to support growth and operational efficiency. This position requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and job costing. Perform due diligence and create projections with different scenarios on growth opportunities as needed. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP. Develop and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory filings, and industry standards. Manage external audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and insurance providers. Supervise and mentor accounting staff and support cross-department collaboration. Implement and maintain accounting systems such as online QuickBooks. Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions and risk management. Implement and maintain financial software systems, i.e., QuickBooks online, to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making. Supervise the finance team, providing guidance and support in daily operations and professional development. Skills Excellent financial acumen with strong analytical skills to interpret complex data effectively. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA or MBA preferred) 10 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Join our team as a Financial Controller where you will contribute significantly to our financial health while leading a dedicated finance team towards achieving excellence in all aspects of financial management.
