Financial Controller Alaso USA Corp Lakeland, FL 33815 Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge, financial acumen, and experience with financial software. This role is crucial in managing the company’s financial health and providing strategic insights to support business decisions. Responsibilities Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activities. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with governmental accounting regulations and standards. Manage the budgeting process and provide forecasts to guide strategic planning. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive business performance. Utilize financial software, including Exact Globe, for efficient data management and reporting. Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions and ensure adherence to best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred. Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in a corporate environment. Strong understanding of accounting principles, debits and credits, and financial concepts. Proficiency in financial software applications; experience with Exact Globe is a plus. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Effective communication skills for presenting financial information to stakeholders at all levels.
