We manage a high-profile collection of luxury resorts in the Caribbean, providing elite services tailored to discerning clientele. We have partnership / ownership in properties as well.

MUST HAVE HOTEL FINANCE-CONTROLLER

experience in multi-complex / multi-unit properties. Salary base $95k range plus 15% annual bonus ($110k+ annually). Company paid health, dental and vision insurance. Company 401k plan with 4% match. The Financial Controller is responsible for producing timely and accurate financial information for our prestigious company. You will be responsible for the reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will ensure the production of complete, accurate and timely information and the analysis and interpretation of statistical and financial information to appraise profitability, quality of reporting, capital expenditure and performance against comparable periods and budgets as outlined by senior management. Qualifications Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field & professional accounting certification and experience. Experience working in hotel accounting with multi-complex / muti-venues. A plus is if you are well-versed in Caribbean hotel industry.

Compensation Salary:

$95,000.00 – $96,000.00+ 15% annual bonus
