On-site Salary:

$115,000 – $130,000, commensurate with experience

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing accounting or controller role Supervisory or team leadership experience Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting Proficiency with ERP systems and

Microsoft Excel Desired Qualifications:

CPA or CMA certification preferred Experience with process improvements or system transitions Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and thrive in a results-oriented setting
