Salary:
$225,000 – $250,000 per year A bit about us: We areseeking a results-driven Corporate Controller to lead allaccounting and financial reporting for a dynamic, privateequity-backed manufacturing/distribution company. This role managesgeneral ledger, cost and plant accounting, tax, treasury, audits,acquisitions, and financial compliance. Ideal candidates bringstrong leadership, manufacturing or distribution industryexperience, and a track record in PE-owned environments. Why joinus? Job Details Key Responsibilities:
Accounting &Financial Leadership Lead and mentor teams across GL, cost,payroll, tax, treasury, and plant finance. Manage timely andaccurate financial close cycles in accordance with U.S. GAAP.Maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies. Supportbudgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Operations & CostManagement Oversee standard costing, inventory valuation, andplant-level financials. Align cost structures with operational andfinancial targets. Partner with plant controllers to drive accuracyand performance. Treasury & Banking Manage banking relationships,covenant compliance, and cash operations. Oversee reconciliations,credit programs, and treasury functions. Provide reports to lendersand private equity stakeholders. Tax & Payroll Coordinate taxcompliance with external advisors. Ensure accurate payrollreporting and legislative compliance. M&A & Integration Supportdiligence and integration for acquisitions. Align acquired entitieswith core financial systems and controls. Audit & ComplianceOversee external audits and ensure regulatory compliance. Addressaudit findings and enhance reporting standards. Reporting &Analysis Deliver monthly/quarterly results, KPIs, and varianceanalysis to leadership. Handle sensitive financial data andsafeguard assets. Lead special projects and ad hoc financialinitiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance;CPA required. MBA/CMA a plus. 10 years in accounting leadershipwithin manufacturing or distribution. ERP expertise (SAPpreferred); strong Excel skills. M&A integration experiencerequired. Experience working in a private equity-backedenvironment. Strong communicator with cross-functional influence.
