Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility The Executive Finance Director, Operations is responsible for managing the financial health of the operations organization, driving cost efficiency, process improvements, and supporting strategic initiatives through strong financial stewardship and technology enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage the full financial outlook for the operations organization, including annual planning, forecasting, and variance analysis Provide regular reporting and insights on financial trends and business performance Maintain a strong internal control framework to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data Oversee accruals and balance sheet reconciliations Drive cost optimization and operational efficiencies through continuous process improvement Support and lead departmental initiatives such as RFPs, vendor analysis, spend management, and benchmarking Provide financial training and guidance to analysts or business partners Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and positive team morale Support the Director in day-to-day business operations Lead the implementation and administration of systems supporting operations finance and vendor management Ensure seamless integration between financial systems and the corporate ERP Partner with IT to support system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting Own the operational tech roadmap and monitor the project portfolio Maintain SharePoint and intranet content relevant to operations finance and reporting

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Technology. Advanced degree or CPA preferred. 10+ years of relevant experience, including: Knowledge of SOX or other internal control frameworks Strong communication and relationship-building skills Strategic thinker with sound business judgment and a proactive approach to problem solving Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Experience with spend management systems or financial technologies Demonstrated success in cross-functional or global collaboration •This role is in office based, 5 days per week, at our Midtown Atlanta Global Headquarters•Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job EEO Statement Integrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to diversity and equal employment opportunity.
