Salary:

Job Details Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & GeneralAccounting Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closein accordance with

U.S. GAAP

Prepare and review journal entries,reconciliations, and accounting schedules Assist in consolidatingresults across business units and analyze financial variances Cost& Inventory Accounting Oversee standard costing, variance analysis,and inventory valuation Ensure accuracy in inventory reconciliationand reporting Compliance & Controls Maintain strong internalcontrols and ensure policy compliance Support internal and externalaudit processes Identify and implement process improvements foraccuracy and efficiency Audit, Tax & M&A Support Coordinateaudit activities and respond to audit inquiries Collaborate withtax consultants on compliance with federal, state, and localregulations Assist with acquisition integration, purchase priceaccounting, and valuation coordination Team Leadership &Collaboration Supervise and mentor accounting staff Partner withAP, Inventory, and Finance teams across locations Provide trainingand foster continuous learning

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or related field CPA required 7 years ofrelevant accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing ordistribution Strong grasp of U.S. GAAP and financial reportingstandards Exposure to tools like SAP ECC, Sage, Epicor, orOneStream preferred Background in private equity-backed companiesis a plus Experience in multi-site, high-growth environments is aplus Interested in hearing more?
