Salary:

Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and delivery offinancial reporting to private equity owners and lenders. Overseethe development, implementation, and compliance of accountingpolicies and internal controls. Serve as the primary liaison forthe annual financial statement audit. Manage and maintain theAccounting ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics GP) and contribute to theplanning and execution of future system transitions. Direct teamsresponsible for expense management, accruals, and fixed assetaccounting. Coordinate the monthly close process, includingpreparation of financial statements and cash flow reporting. Ensureongoing compliance with current and emerging technical accountingstandards (GAAP).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountingrequired. CPA certification strongly preferred. Minimum 10 years ofaccounting experience, including 5 years in a management role.
Prior experience in a private equity-backed or high-growthenvironment preferred. Advanced Excel skills required. Knowledge,Skills & Abilities Strong command of U.S. GAAP and experiencemanaging accounting controls. Excellent analytical and criticalthinking skills with strong attention to detail. Proven ability tomanage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines. Effectivecommunicator with the ability to collaborate across departments andlevels. High level of integrity and discretion when handlingconfidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, andPowerPoint; ability to quickly learn new tools and systems. Stronginterpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Committed todriving efficiency, accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
