Position Overview:

We are seeking a Controller to join a successful and growing $20M company. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of financial leadership and a passion for stability and accuracy. CPA is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

? Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting ? Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements ? Provide leadership and mentorship to a small accounting team ? Support executive leadership with strategic financial insights ? Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals

Qualifications:

? 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a small to mid-sized company ? Strong tenure in prior roles – stability is a must ? CPA preferred but not required ?
