$100K – $150K A rapidly growing real estate investment firm basedin Atlanta is seeking a Controller to join its leadership team.

Specializing in retail and industrial developments, the firm ispoised for aggressive growth and is looking for a strategic,hands-on financial leader to help scale its financial operations.

About the Role As Controller, you’ll play a critical role inshaping the financial infrastructure to support growth across thecompany’s key investment areas: Net lease retail assets andvalue-add acquisition Speculative and build-to-suit industrialdevelopments Capital placement and investment structuring Tenantcollections, asset administration, and financial reporting You’llcollaborate closely with senior leadership, providing financialoversight, driving process improvements, and helping guide thefirm’s financial strategy as it expands over the next 3-5 years.

Key Responsibilities Lead all accounting and financial operations,including budgeting, forecasting, general ledger, tax prep, andcompliance Implement scalable financial systems and internalcontrols to support multiple business lines Oversee project-levelaccounting and ensure accurate and timely financial reportingPartner with asset management and development teams to providestrategic financial insight Manage cash flow, investor reporting,and capital management processes Build and mentor a growingaccounting team as the organization scales Qualifications forController Proven experience in a financial leadership role withinreal estate development and investment Strong understanding ofcomplex financial operations across development, acquisition, andasset management CPA preferred; background in public accounting aplus Excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-onleadership style Familiarity with property management software andfinancial platforms
