Controller:

Accounting & Financial Oversight :

Supervise the full spectrum of AP, AR, and billing functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Cash Flow Management :

Monitor bank accounts, cash flow, and perform reconciliations to support healthy financial operations

Tax Compliance :

Oversee general sales and use tax filings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Audit Coordination :

Lead the annual external audit process and liaise with auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth review

Month-End Close :

Manage journal entries, reconcile accounts, and conduct general ledger reviews to support timely monthly closings

Strategic Financial Analysis :

Controller:

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; MBA preferred

Certification :

CPA is a strong plus

Experience :

3+ years of accounting and financial leadership experience
