Controller:

Accounting & Financial Oversight :

Supervise the full spectrum ofAP, AR, and billing functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Cash Flow Management :

Monitor bank accounts, cash flow, andperform reconciliations to support healthy financial operations

TaxCompliance :

Oversee general sales and use tax filings and ensurecompliance with local, state, and federal regulations

AuditCoordination :

Lead the annual external audit process and liaisewith auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth review

Month-End Close :

Manage journal entries, reconcile accounts, andconduct general ledger reviews to support timely monthly closings

Strategic Financial Analysis :

Prepare and interpret financialreports to inform leadership decisions and future financialplanning Qualifications We Seek in a

Controller:

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or BusinessAdministration; MBA preferred

Certification :

CPA is a strong plus

Experience :

3 years of accounting and financial leadershipexperience

Technical Proficiency :

Strong financial modeling andanalytical skills

Leadership :

Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate acrossdepartments and lead a team effectively
