Position Summary:
We are actively seeking a Corporate Controller to lead the firm’s corporate accounting operations. This is not a fund accounting role — it’s a key leadership position overseeing corporate-level financial operations and reporting.
What You’ll Do:
Lead all corporate accounting operations and financial reporting Maintain the general ledger and ensure GAAP compliance Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Oversee tax preparation and compliance Handle partnership accounting and consolidations Coordinate with and manage offshore third-party accounting resources Utilize Oracle for financial reporting and analysis Support external audits and ensure regulatory compliance Mentor and manage accounting staff, fostering a culture of excellence
What We’re Looking For:
CPA required 10+ years of corporate accounting experience in financial services Strong knowledge of partnership accounting and consolidations Experience with Oracle Proven ability to manage offshore teams Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills High level of integrity and work ethic Public accounting foundation with Big 4 preferred Stable work history — candidates with a pattern of frequent job changes will not be considered
