This position is responsible for efficiently leading, overseeing, and directing all accounting functions for Truelio, LLC. Primary focus is to undertake all aspects of financial management, analysis, planning, and budgeting. This position will report to the CFO while partnering with cross-functional teams in driving and executing our financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the accounting and finance department?s daily operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets; and provide analysis and interpretation of financial data to C-Suite executive team. Ensure the integrity of the company?s financial records and accounting systems, in adherence to GAAP and other regulatory requirements. Continuously evaluate and optimize the company?s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Keep abreast of emerging trends in the financial industry, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement of the company?s financial systems and processes. Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other professionals in completing financial audits, tax filings, and other compliance-related matters. Conduct regular financial analysis and forecasting assessments, including cash flow management, financial risk assessments, and working capital management. Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls to safeguard the company?s assets and minimize risk. Establish and support continuous improvement activities to enhance the accounting department. Collaborate with Operations to increase efficiency of operational processes without compromising financial statement integrity. Manage sales commissions program for business development team. Lead by example and promote a culture of teamwork, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. Mentor, develop, and hold accountable the accounting and financial team while promoting a culture of excellence, efficiency, and collaboration.
