Fully Remote We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead all accounting operations for our multi-site chain. Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will oversee financial data consolidation, evaluate internal controls, and manage a remote team, driving innovation and ensuring compliance within tight deadlines. •CPA certification is

to be considered for this opportunity•Key Responsibilities Manage month-end and year-end close, account reconciliations, and G/L analysis. Oversee cash management, including 13-week rolling cash-flow forecasts. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls. Produce timely monthly financial statements. Collaborate with executives and operations to ensure accurate revenue and expense recording. Supervise accounts payable, invoicing, collections, and weekly operating reports. Maintain the company general ledger. Lead annual audit and tax processes, coordinating with external auditors and tax teams. Drive Finance Department initiatives, including software and system implementations. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Develop internal control guidelines for budgeting, cash, and credit management. Analyze and report on financial risks. Safeguard revenue, costs, and budgets. Requirements 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, with prior Controller experience. Public accounting experience required. Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred; CPA preferred. Experience with NetSuite ERP preferred. Proven ability to develop strategic plans, oversee system transitions, and author policies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Self-starter with excellent time management, organization, and communication skills. Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
