Controller CertiTemp Inc. Dublin, GA 31021 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller to oversee the financial operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate accounting principles and the ability to analyze financial data effectively. Duties Manage general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial records. Perform account analysis and prepare detailed financial reports. Oversee corporate accounting functions, ensuring compliance with SOX regulations. Utilize QuickBooks and other financial software for efficient data management and accounting. Prepare and review financial reports to communicate findings to management. Implement double-entry bookkeeping practices to maintain accurate records of debits and credits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes. Assist in developing internal controls to safeguard company assets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in corporate accounting or a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation and account analysis techniques. Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant financial software applications. Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements is highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective report writing and presentations. $110,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
