Is responsible for ensuring that all statutory, regulatory or other financial requirements are met. 2. Establishes or approves all accounting systems and internal procedures involving financial controls. 3. Verifies general ledger and all books of original entry. Prepares monthly trial balance. 4. Prepares periodic financial statements for funding sources, Board of Directors, Policy Council and senior staff. 5. Prepares and verifies payroll and individual employees’ earning records. 6. Verifies net pays, all vendor’s invoices, and employee vouchers. 7. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required by the Executive Officer.
