This critical role will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving financial performance through robust planning, analysis, and data-driven insights. Position Summary:

As VP of Finance (FP&A), you will lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic modeling efforts. You will provide actionable insights to guide executive decisions, optimize financial performance, and support long-term growth initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee and elevate financial systems and processes, build high-impact financial models, and play a key role in M&A activities and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute comprehensive FP&A strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling. Deliver critical financial insights and actionable recommendations to drive business growth and operational efficiency. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve cost management, streamline operations, and optimize company performance. Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate business trends, profitability, and growth opportunities. Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in alignment with corporate standards. Enhance financial systems and reporting tools to support scalable growth and improved decision-making. Track and analyze performance against key metrics, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate closely with Investor Relations, Accounting, and broader finance functions to ensure alignment in financial reporting and strategy. Support mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, valuation modeling, and integration activities. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred . Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, with deep expertise in FP&A. Proven leadership experience in financial strategy, planning, and analytics within a corporate environment. Background in the food manufacturing industry is highly desirable . Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities. Proficiency with financial planning tools (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) and ERP systems.
