Controller – Business Financial River Rental Tools, Inc. Belle Chasse, LA 70037 Established Oil and Gas Industry equipment rental and service company in Belle Chasse has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned financial professional who’s looking for something a little different. The company is growing and needs financial leadership to take us to the next level. We’re excited to find the right person to add to our team! Responsibilities Reports to the President and coordinates with the CPA for taxes. Responsible for all accounting functions and managing a small team, and will also be involved in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Beyond the typical accounting duties, this position offers the opportunity to bring your other skills to the table. We’re looking for a task-oriented person to manage projects and be involved in the business decision-making. Qualifications 5+ years accounting experience, minimum of 3 years at management level CPA preferred but not required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience Oil field rental experience very helpful Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Business Central) a serious plus but not required • Experience setting up or fixing accounting systems a real plus Strong organization skills Self-starter who finds what needs to be done, and then does it Excellent written and communication skills Our company is an equal opportunity employer with a drug free workplace.
