This is a high-visibility role reporting to the CFO and overseeing a team of six. The ideal candidate is a rising finance leader—someone eager to step into a strategic role and grow with the business as we continue to scale. This opportunity is onsite 5 days a week, will offer up to $150,000 on a base + a strong bonus and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the accounting team, overseeing financial reporting, month-end close, and internal controls Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies Support audits, tax filings, and financial due diligence activities Collaborate across departments to optimize financial systems and processes Leverage insights to support data-driven decision making

What We’re Looking For:
