We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead financial operations for our client’s North American division. This is a hands-on, on-site role, working closely with executive and operational teams to support business growth while ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee accounting functions, including general ledger, AR/AP, payroll, and month-end close. + Deliver timely, accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP and IFRS. + Collaborate with the CEO and leadership on budgeting/forecasting and group-level reporting. + Drive internal controls, regulatory compliance, and ERP optimization. + Manage multi-currency and intercompany accounting. + Lead and develop a high-performing accounting/finance team. Compensation & Benefits:

LinkedIn Requirements Key Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred. + 8+ years of experience, including prior Controller roles (public accounting and manufacturing/distribution experience ideal but not required). + Strong technical expertise in GAAP/IFRS and multi-entity accounting. + Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
