Comp:

About the Controller role:

Reporting directly to the CFO, responsible for all financialtransactions in compliance with GAAP and federal/state regulations,policies and procedures, internal controls. The Controller willhave full oversight and preparation of audited financialstatements, Federal and State Single Audit Reports, 990’s, statetax returns and other financial reports, as required. TheController will oversee annual budget preparation, analysis,forecasting, cash flow analysis. Manage cash investments.

Additional tasks as assigned. Preferred qualifications of the

Controller :

BS Accounting/Finance, Masters preferred. 8 yearsexperience in a non-profit or higher educational environment withknowledge of fund accounting (endowments), GAAP, budgeting andstrong leadership skills.
