Support the management structure by providing clear and accurate financial results and analysis to enable the local management to make informed financial decisions and plans, while also ensuring compliance with company and statutory financial guidelines. Responsibilities Prepare financial and operational reports and analysis to support the business decision making process. Coordinate with CFO and provide advice and counsel to the business unit and management on the financial consequences of business decisions. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and compiling data from all divisions necessary for monthly reporting. Coordinate, support and manage the budgeting, forecasting, and planning process. Use financial reporting to review and assist Division financial performance. Advise management and design the financial processes/policies and the financial impact of business and operational decisions. Assist with job cost tracking and ensuring all billable items are captured. Perform in-depth analysis of actual costs, investigate discrepancies, and synthesize data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights on operational and financial efficiency. Lead the transition of a business unit a from standalone entity, overseeing operational, financial, and organizational separation to ensure a smooth and compliant launch. Managed the end-to-end implementation of a new accounting software, enhancing operational efficiency and financial transparency. Other duties as assigned. Skills Proven leadership, project management and analytical skills. Financial modeling experience in Excel. Experience in the construction industries, required. Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop finance team members.

Field of Study Preferred:

Accounting Required Work Experience:

8-10 years preferably within the site construction/manufacturing industry. Cost accounting experience a plus.

Preferred Training/Certifications:

CPA/CMA/CFA or MBA with emphasis in Finance/Accounting.

Required Computer and Software Skills:
